Staffing Synergies was founded in 2008 to service the recruiting and staffing needs for the packaging and manufacturing industry. Due to Staffing’s success, we’ve continued to develop our services and best practices.

As president and CEO of Staffing Synergies, Inc., Doug is responsible for the overall planning, directing, organizing and controlling of the company operations. He has over 40 years of HR management and related entrepreneurial and military experience. He has served as HR Director, Employment Manager and Employment & Training Manager for two Fortune 100 companies and the nation’s largest homebuilder. In addition, he is president of several other entrepreneurial and non-profit entities. He is the founder and a volunteer of the MOST (Mentoring Our Students Together) Program, which is an after school collaboration between his church and the local school district to provide mentoring, tutoring and recreational activities for students in grades four through twelve. Staffing Synergies also funds a six-week summer camp program for at-risk kids.

Doug is a veteran who served as a navigator/flight instructor in the U.S. Air Force and was discharged with the rank of captain. During his seven years of military leadership, he flew 185 combat missions during the Vietnam Conflict and received several awards, including the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Medal.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, an MBA and a Doctor of Ministry degree.
